Time is a way of traveling. We encounter so many people throughout our life. These people come and go, and there are also many who we must let go of. And that is why I want to leave traces of these encounters as much as I can.

I am very grateful to Nikon for providing this opportunity to photographers all over the world. It is quite a surprise for me to receive this award, but it is also proof that my perseverance so far hasn’t been in vain. In the process of exploring a person's growth, I saw family changes and the complications of passing time at the crossroads between life and death. If life is a trip through time, people hope that they can pick up wonderful things along the way, even though those you meet can only accompany you for part of the journey.
