I studied to be a still photographer, and "Apple" is for all practical purposes my first movie. While it was hard not being able to use what in the world of still photography are common-sense techniques, filming and editing allowed me to try methods different from those used in still photography; in the end, I think the final product was close to what I had imagined. I consider myself fortunate to live in an age where any digital camera can shoot HD movies, when it is just as easy to record movies as it is photographs.
This is a movie I filmed on my own initiative after studying general movie filming techniques and movie editing at the school I am now attending (the Rochester Institute of Technology in New York, USA). Most of the movie was created in Photo Studio using styles chosen from my earlier works.
